Post surgery
Once your procedure has been completed, there are several things you can do to minimize discomfort, speed your recovery and maintain your health:
Follow your discharge instructions given to you at the surgery center in detail.
- DO NOT drink alcoholic beverages for 24 hours.
- DO NOT operate equipment or sign important papers for 24 hours.
A nurse will call you the day after your surgery to see how you are doing. If you have any questions or concerns, please let our staff member know. If you experience any problems after surgery, call your physician immediately
