Appointments

When you make an appointment, we'll make every effort to see you as soon as possible. Our nurse/receptionist will gather information needed to schedule ample time for your examination. New patients will be asked in advance for insurance/payment information to minimize paperwork while you are in the office. As always, our goal is to serve you as quickly, yet thoroughly as possible. If it's more convenient for you, fill out our Online Appointment Request Form.

Cancellation

If you must cancel an appointment, please do so as early as possible, so that we can offer your appointment time to someone on our waiting list and do our best to keep other patients on schedule.

Insurance

Orthopaedic Associates takes most insurance plans in the Manitowoc Area. We're a WPPN preferred provider and also participate in Manitowoc County Care Plan, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, Prairie States, Medicare and many other insurance providers.

Fees & Payment Options

We have standardized fees so there are no hidden costs. If you want to know what a service will cost, we're happy to explain it to you in advance. Please contact us if you have any questions at all regarding billing or costs of treatment.

Patient Information: Prescriptions & Renewals

Call 920.682.6376 to discuss your request with one of our staff members. For most cases, we're able to refill requests made prior to 4:00 pm on the same day.

Worker's Compensation

When making your appointment online or at 920.682.6376, simply mention it will be for a Worker's Compensation claim.
